In accordance with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food Nutrition Services (FNS) policy memorandum, CACFP12-2018, SFSP05-2018 - Child Nutrition Program Waiver Request Guidance and Protocol-Revised, May 24, 2018, Supportive Nutritional Aid Program, Inc is seeking approval for waivers of statutory and/or regulatory Program requirements.

The waiver requests will be submitted to the Bright From the Start Early Child Care & Learning and USDA FNS Southeast Regional Office (SERO) for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). DECAL will be requesting use of waivers involving the following:
